A full-time, Sales and Customer Support Representative at CoverMy Insurance in Grantham. As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional sales and customer service experience to support customer satisfaction and retention.
You will be based in our busy customer contact centre in Grantham. You will handle a high volume of customer contacts via calls and email. You will be handling sales and customer service enquiries on a variety of general insurance products.
You should be focused and self-motivated to achieve individual performance and quality objectives while adhering to regulatory and business standards.
Please note that the position is not suitable for remote or hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate new business and renewal sales.
Handle a variety of emails from potential and existing customers.
Utilise product knowledge to provide potential and existing customers with clear and accurate information about general insurance products and services.
Assist existing customers with general enquiries, renewals and policy changes.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve monthly individual performance and quality targets.
Work collaboratively in team environment to achieve business objectives.
Adhere to regulatory and business standards.
Full training and support are provided. Throughout the probationary period you will be required to meet development objectives to ensure you are making satisfactory progress.
