What You'll Be Doing:
As our Sales and Distribution Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order processing. Your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Communication Champion: Efficiently handling all customer communications.
Order Management Maestro: Utilising customer online portals to download orders and generate essential paperwork and labels, as well as placing orders on our in-house system.
Production Liaison: Communicating received orders to the Production Team and coordinating with them on despatch readiness.
Logistics Leader: Raising despatch paperwork and booking couriers for all outgoing orders and informing the warehouse team about bookings so they can prepare orders.
Data Dynamo: Maintaining our complex Excel-based Sales Forecast and keeping meticulous records of customer pricing.
Support Star: Printing labels and leaflets for the shop floor when needed, running weekly Sales Reports, and answering calls for the Sales and Distribution department.

Communication King/Queen: Excellent telephone manner and excellent written communication.
Independent & Team Player: Capable of working autonomously and coping well under pressure yet also willing to work independently or as part of the wider team.
Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

Hours & Salary:
Monday to Thursday: 07:45 hrs to 17:00 hrs, Friday: 08:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, 40 hours per week
Salary: 27,000 per annum, rising to 28,000 after a successful 3-month probationary period.
