Overview:

Chrysalis Courses is the UK's market leading trainer in counselling courses and talking therapies. We have 28 training venues throughout the United Kingdom, with two intakes a year for students in Spring and Autumn.

We are looking to recruit a new team member to assist our Sales and Enrolments Team. This role will involve direct communications with the student, from expression of interest to point of enrolment, payments, paperwork and reports. Customer service is key to assist and encourage students through the Sales process.

Ideal candidates need to be self-motivated and proactive. You will need to possess excellent organisational and communication skills. A background in sales would be hugely beneficial. However, training can be provided for the right candidate. Experience in education, counselling and talking therapies, or administration and reporting would also be beneficial.

Working From Home- Wednesdays 9am-5pm

20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays
Non-guaranteed additional 2 week Christmas break

Starting salary - 25k plus commission

Generous pay rise scheme allowing up to 10% annual pay rise

The Key responsibilities:

Manage the enquiries and enrolments inboxes. Campaign Management - discounts, campaigns for the end-to-end enrolment process. Management reporting. Liaise with the Marketing Team to ensure advertising and marketing is targeted efficiently. Ensure the website is kept updated, content is correct and amended as required. Chasing paperwork and deposit payments where required. Interviewing prospective students (potential weekend work)
