GlamoRose Cakes and Rays Ice Cream are on the hunt for a Sales and Events Superstar to join our sweet family in Swindon! Imagine this: You'll be the driving force behind growing two beloved local businesses - a charming cupcake shop and a funky ice cream parlour. This isn't just a job; it's a golden ticket to be a key player in our operations, helping both brands reach their full, delicious potential. Our business owner is looking for someone to be her right-hand person in making this happen!

What will you be doing?

Whipping up new wholesale opportunities for Rays Ice Cream. Keeping our cake van visits and bookings organized - think of yourself as the conductor of a mobile dessert orchestra! Chatting with customers and keeping those relationships as sweet as our treats. Scheduling our amazing event staff. Handling invoices and other essential admin tasks - the not-so-glamorous but super important stuff. Stepping in to sell at events and drive our vans when needed. (Psst... you'll need a driving license and be over 25 for this, and comfortable with bigger vehicles - it's all part of the adventure!)
Who are we looking for?

Someone with a knack for business-to-business sales. A super-organised, efficient go-getter who takes initiative and has an eagle eye for detail. A self-motivated individual with a passion for our products and a bubbly personality that shines as bright as our brands! A pro with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Someone who knows their way around a computer - IT skills are a must!
The Sweet Details:

This is a fixed-term contract until December 31st, with a chance to become a permanent member of the team after a review. Salary ranges from 21,840 to 23,400, depending on your experience. Hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, but may vary for training. There's also the chance for overtime at events on weekends and outside of regular hours. You'll be based at one of our three sites in Swindon. Benefits include holiday pay, staff discounts, and being part of a small, friendly team.
