At Pickled Pumpkin, we specialise in creating memorable events that leave a lasting impact. We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll help us plan, execute, and sell exciting events while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relations:
Drive event sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients.
Respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals, and close sales.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
Track sales goals and performance to ensure targets are met.
When required to plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Coordinate vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet event requirements.
Handle event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
On-Site Event Participation:
You will be required to attend and oversee events alongside the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to tear-down.
Take part in client meetings and on-site coordination, offering your expertise and support at each event.
Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth execution of all event activities.
Marketing & Promotion:
Assist in the promotion of upcoming events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event strategies to increase attendance and sales.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
Flexibility to travel to events as required.
