We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Membership Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, and engagement. As the face of our club, the Membership Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:



Membership Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to the club, including targeted outreach initiatives, networking events, and promotional campaigns.

Membership Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing members through personalized communication, exclusive benefits, and exceptional service to ensure high retention rates.

Member Engagement

: Organise and oversee a calendar of members-only events, activities, and experiences designed to enhance member engagement and foster a sense of community.

Membership Concierge Service

: Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues to maintain high levels of member satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Generation

: Meet or exceed membership sales targets by effectively promoting club membership benefits and amenities to prospective members and converting leads into new memberships.

Database Management

: Maintain accurate records of member information, preferences, and interactions using our CRM system to facilitate targeted communication and personalised service.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and events, to coordinate membership-related activities and ensure alignment with overall club objectives.

Reporting and Analysis

: Generate regular reports on membership metrics, including acquisition, retention, and engagement, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.

Proven experience in membership management, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably within the hospitality or private members club industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of the Mayfair area and familiarity with the luxury lifestyle market is advantageous.
