based in buzzy Shoreditch.
Trapeze is located in East London's creative quarter and set over 3 levels. This Venue operates highly sucessful Bingo and Brunch Events weekly as well as club nights and a very strong Christmas.
The Company operates four sites in London.

Role Overview:
Drive proactive sales through utilisation of own network, promotional and marketing
activity/ social media and local business networking.
To manage and enable and process all inbound enquiries, bookings, and communications and assist where necessary - through all channels including but not exhaustive to.
- telephone, website, venue booking system, email enquiries, third party companies, and physical walk-in trade.
To grow and maximise pre-booked sales and footfall, through the sales of packages, table/area/private room, and key ticketed events.
Build business relationships with both new and existing guests through local outreach and physical networking activities as well as drive pro-active outreach for the sales team through phone and email.
Local Marketing to business, engaging with Local Corporate through Third Parties/
Networking activity/ Venue Showcases/ social media.
Christmas and Key Calendar Date focus. Exceed sales revenue targets through venue optimisation of key dates and venue capacity.
To manage, train and develop the sales executive team within the venue(if required)
Key responsibilities
Business & Communication
Ensure all enquiries, reservations, bookings, and associated communications are actioned via company policy and processed efficiently and within the recommended time frame.
Support the operations team and business with general customer communication.
Using local outreach and networking, social media/ events to set up initiatives with local businesses and attend networking events, raising the profile of the venue, and the brand within the local community.
Create, plan, and organize networking events for the venue to proactively attract local corporate business.
Host viewings, have a good knowledge of how different events will run, catering offerings, create function sheets etc.
Operations team communication.
Provide run sheets and all necessary supporting information for bookings, functions
and events to the operations and hosting team and when appropriate kitchen teams.
Provide management team with any feedback regarding delivery of bookings and functions, so issues can be monitored.
People.
Manage, train, and create proactive tasks for the sales team and clearly define their role and objectives across all activities.
Compliance.
Produce strategic quarterly sales plans and report on sales activities daily and weekly.
Working with the general manager to ensure you and your sales team are working with full compliance to all company policies and procedures and ensure that all relevant legislation requirements, training, and documents are complied.
Report any issues to the HOS/ General Manager immediately and take appropriate action to deal with such issues.
Always represent the companyin a professional manner.
What kind of person will you be?
- Experience in a previous Sales and events role in a Hospitality Venue (2 years min)
- People person, enjoys meeting people and being in a busy venue
- Self Motivated and resourceful
A great self-starter with a positive attitude.
Excellent eye for detail and the ability to focus on the minutia.
Interest and passion for Marketing/ promotion of the venue
Team player and communicator.
Multiple Christmas delivery and corporate experience necessary
Design my night/ Collins experience (2 years)
Experience in LinkedIn and other social platforms
Mon- Fri Role / based on site or other company sites.
Remote Flexibility possible after probation period and results delivery
36,000-38,000k / plus bonus ( Depending on experience)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday/ Although you may be required to work other nights/ days depending on Venue Events/ Christmas.
