We currently have a wonderful opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales and Events Manager at our vibrant seafront restaurant in Mumbles where you will showcase you marketing flare and local sales knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Swansea's most iconic coastal locations.

Aim of the Job

To lead and deliver all local marketing initiatives for our Bistrot Pierre restaurant in Mumbles. The role will drive marketing with strong to drive customer loyalty, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Working closely with the General Manager, Marketing, and restaurant team, the Local Sales and Events Manager will ensure consistent delivery of our brand vision, high standards of service, and an exceptional guest experience.
