About the Role: Sales & Fitness Advisor (Evening and Weekend Role)

You will be engaging with prospective members, encouraging their journey into health and fitness, and supporting existing members. Your enthusiasm and ability to connect will be key to growing our club.

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 qualification is essential Experience in teaching classes A genuine desire to make a difference and help grow the club Passion for health and fitness Drive, enthusiasm, and team spirit Hands-on attitude -- no job is too big or small Proven sales ability with a focus on member engagement A winning mentality -- the ability to push that bit harder when needed Understanding of sales principles Knowledge of health and safety standards Excellent communication skills
