Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales and Front of House Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and providing outstanding service throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Provide information about menu items, specials, and events to enhance the dining experience. Assist with taking orders and ensuring accuracy in service delivery. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including waiting areas and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-39,967.37 per year
