Sales and Lettings Negotiator - City of London
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator in the City of London to join a reputable and ambitious property agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven negotiator to fast-track their career and gain hands-on experience across all areas of sales, lettings, business development, and marketing - with direct training and guidance from the business owner.
Location: City of London
Salary: 25,000 per annum basic + OTE 40,000-60,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time) with Saturday availability
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and undertaking property viewings
• Agreeing on tenancies and sales, liaising between landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants
• Managing sales progression through to completion
• Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
• Listing and marketing properties across platforms
• Supporting general sales and lettings operations as required

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator
• Ambitious, confident, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Hard-working and self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional approach with a passion for property and client satisfaction
