Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Duties:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales or rental process
- Assist clients with property inquiries and provide accurate information
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
- Collaborate with property owners to determine competitive pricing strategies
- Coordinate property inspections and prepare necessary documentation
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in property laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology for property listings and client communication

PAY 25,000 - 32,000 PER YEAR. Plus OTE Commission
PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS ON MONTHLY BASIS.
