We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our highly successful, established and award winning independent estate agency based in North/North West London. The ideal candidate would have worked in estate agency before, however applicants with customer service/sales skills will be considered. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and your organisational skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth transaction process for both buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to fully understand their property needs and preferences and proficiently register their details on our database.
Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
Provide feedback from viewings to sellers and landlords.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience.
Skills
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and colleagues.
Have very good computer skills and have ideally used estate agency/lettings software previously.
Excellent organisational abilities to effectively manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
Proficient administrative skills for handling paperwork, email and maintaining records accurately.
Able to self motivate.
Work within and compliment a team environment.
Use of own car with a full valid/clean driving licence to facilitate property viewings are preferred. However, candidates without a car will be considered.
