The Role
As a Property Negotiator, you'll be the face of our business--building strong client relationships, matching buyers and tenants with their ideal properties, and negotiating offers to achieve the best results for our clients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Registering and qualifying new applicants
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating sales and lettings deals between vendors/landlords and buyers/tenants
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring all legal and compliance paperwork is completed accurately
Keeping up to date with the local property market and industry trends

Previous experience in sales, lettings, or customer-facing roles (estate agency experience preferred but not essential)
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential for this location)
