Negotiator

to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing:

Matching buyers & tenants with properties Generating new business through calls & outreach Arranging & conducting viewings Booking valuations & promoting services (mortgages, conveyancing, etc.) Hitting targets & contributing to team success Staying up to date with the local property market Property Inspections Marketing online and In Branch

What we're looking for:

Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner Organised, proactive & target-driven Presentable & comfortable meeting clients face-to-face Full UK driving licence
