Residential Lettings and Sales Negotiator

Magnum Properties is one of the North East's leading Combined Estate Agencies. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Letting and Sales Negotiator to join our team.

This position calls for a person who is well organised, has good communication skills, and can work both independently and alongside others.

The Role:

This fast paced, exciting, and ever evolving role involves:

Working with buyers and vendors to agree sales

Achieving rental agreements via coordinating with landlords and prospective tenants

Conduct viewings

Property inspections and liaising with landlords

Carrying out administration duties

Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

Ability to adapt to client's needs and expectations

A good knowledge of the property market

Maintain accurate records of all activities

Keep up to date with the latest legislation and regulations

Benefits:

12.50 Per Hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

As a Lettings and Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

Full UK driving license

Excellent time keeping

Confidence dealing with a variety of people on many levels

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong written and verbal communication skills
