We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Academy Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
There is scope for future progression and training in marketing and social media and would be suited to a candidate looking to progress in this field.
Responsibilities
Perform general administration duties
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, maintaining a professional tone at all times.
Assist in the set up for classes
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
Stock management and dispatching pro shop orders
Collaborate with team members to help with social media tasks
Filming classes and content
Provide support to marketing departments as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
Familiarity with computerised office systems and procedures.
