Job Description

We are seeking a professional, results-driven TikTok Shop Sales & Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage live sales, content creation, and social media marketing for our TikTok Shop. This role requires a confident on-camera presence, strong communication skills, and a strategic approach to digital sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and manage TikTok Live sessions to promote products and drive sales Create, publish, and maintain consistent TikTok video content Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives Monitor TikTok trends, platform updates, and performance analytics Maintain an up-to-date TikTok Shop storefront and content calendar Engage with viewers professionally during live sessions and in comments Collaborate with management to optimize sales performance and audience growth
Qualifications:

Proven experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or social media marketing Professional on-camera presence and strong verbal communication skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions Understanding of digital marketing principles and audience engagement Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience hosting live-stream shopping events Background in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or digital sales Familiarity with performance tracking and content analytics
