Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Swanmore. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and marketing team to grow sales and enhancing our visibility. The Sales and Marketing Administrator will contribute significantly to the smooth running of the office and liaison with customers.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies
Manage and update marketing databases and CRM system
Work with our web designer to ensure coordinated activities
Coordinate sales administration tasks to support the sales team
Coordinate promotional activities, mailshots and social media
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on promotional activities
Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns and results
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in marketing or sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with CRM software and Sage is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
Basic IT skills and computer literacy
