We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Apprentice to work closely with the Managing Director.

Duties include:




Assist the Managing Director in executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential sales opportunities. Support in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events. Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current and optimized for search engines (SEO). Engage with customers on social media platforms to build relationships and gather feedback on products and services. Help create promotional materials and presentations to support sales efforts. Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO strategies and social media best practices.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for outreach and engagement


Hours: 38.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team. Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices is an advantage.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in website management, social media marketing, and SEO practices.

Positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.


Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship we would hope to offer the candidate a fulltime position.



Training Provided:


You will attend Exeter College one day a week during term time working towards your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
