As
Sales & Marketing Assistant
you will have the following
key responsibilities
:
Communicating and liaising with customers and distributors, developing effective working relationships.
Dealing with incoming sales, product and general enquiries, via email and telephone.
Working through a weekly sales and marketing task list, ensuring set jobs are progressing and completed on time.
Working on distributor portals, such as Amazon and eBay, to update product listings and set advertising campaigns within budgets.
Creation of marketing campaigns from initial brief to completion; including social media, B2B and email shots.
Demonstrating comprehensive product and brand knowledge to all customers.
Reporting to and working with the Commercial Manager, but also able to work on your own initiative.
Helping to carry out set initiatives to drive sales and company growth targets.
Assisting with customer services and after-sales, ensuring company standards are achieved and correct processes followed.
Processing orders and running reports using Sage CRM system.
General office administrative work.
Part-time hours will be set to work around school hours - to be confirmed depending on individual.
You will be:
Experienced in a B2B sales and / or marketing environment and able to hit the ground running.
Creative in your approach to marketing campaigns,
Computer literate, with high-level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Organised and responsible for the quality and accuracy of the work you undertake.
Comfortable and confident in communicating with customers and have a desire to learn our products / services.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Passionate and take pride in your work.
Able to hit targets and work well under pressure.
20 days annual leave (pro-rata) + 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
Salary depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: 12,500.00-17,500.00 per year
