An excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team, helping to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating activities, maintaining records, assisting in the creation of promotional materials, and communicating with clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional who has previous experience in a similar role, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all Stakeholders as well as being an advanced Excel user.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Support marketing campaigns, including social media management, email campaigns, and content creation
Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing metrics, and campaign effectiveness
Assist in maintaining marketing collateral and product information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives
