About Senior Flexonics Innovation Centre:

Senior Flexonics Innovation Centre offers expert product design, development, testing and manufacturing capabilities and is the Primary European Design and Development centre for thermal management, fluid conveyance and flexible connectors.


We focus on serving our customers with the latest technologies and provide unique & diverse Engineering solutions. We are experts in designing, developing and manufacturing solutions for combustion, hybrid and electric drivetrains. We also provide high performance, efficient heat exchangers for fuel cell energy applications.


We offer a fully engineered solution, from design concept through to high volume manufacture, and work with many of the leading global OEMs to supply a range of world class products from our global network of companies.


We scrutinise every part of our customers' requirements which enables us to provide a truly bespoke solution that delivers real value. Our products are designed using the latest predictive techniques such as FEA and CFD and validated through extreme testing in our test and development department to ensure excellent performance, durability, and lifelong functionality.

Assist the sales team in

prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline coordination

. Help

plan and execute marketing campaigns

to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Conduct

market and competitor research

to identify new opportunities. Assist in developing

presentations and proposals

tailored to specific customers Contribute to

CRM

maintenance, reporting, and analysis Support the organisation and execution of

trade shows, events, and conferences

Coordinate with the Business Development Director to produce

brochures, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a

B2B marketing or sales

supportrole

Strong analytical and reporting skills

; confident working with Excel/Sheets and interpreting data.

Excellent communication skills

(written and verbal) and strong attention to detail. Able to

work independently

, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. A

positive, can-do attitude

with eagerness to learn and grow. Familiarity with

CRM

tools (e.g., Insightly) Proficiency in Adobe or similar

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
