We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing high-quality administrative and sales support to the Estimating Department, to ensure the smooth running of daily business operations. This role is integral to supporting the internal team, engaging with existing & new clients and contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Duties
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails, passing qualifying leads to the estimating team.
Receive and log new enquiries.
Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems.
Follow up with clients on outstanding quotes.
Use clients Web Portals for new and existing projects.
Researching potential projects.
Create and schedule social media posts in line with the company's brand and content calendar.
Assist in keeping marketing material and websites up to date.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages on social platforms.
Create Database of new & existing customers.
Expand the end user Service & Maintenance department.
Experience
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft software and programmes.
Organisational skills.
Confidentiality and trust whilst handling private information.
The ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.
NVQ Level 3 in Business administration, or experience in an administrative, sales support, or office coordinator role are advantageous.
Salary range dependant on qualifications and experience.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
