Job Type: Part-time

Salary: 12.50p - 14.50 per hour

key responsibilities for this role are:

Managing inbound calls/emails and scheduling into our diary.

Generating enquiries via online and offline marketing channels.

Communicating with our happy clients to build our online reviews.

Skills & requirements

Experience handling enquiries with homeowners

Experience using computer packages and CRM systems

A good use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for reporting

Good knowledge & understanding of conversion rates

Proven track record in delivering great sales and marketing results

Excellent written & verbal skills

Ability to deliver clear messages in meetings

Ability to create and post social media content

Strong analytical skills to produce weekly & monthly sales reports

A high degree of numeracy & attention to detail

Strong organisational skills, managing (some) tight deadlines

Self-motivated & committed with a proactive attitude to change

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

Holidays Monday to Friday
