The Opportunity: Sales Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised
Sales Administrator
to join our sales department. This full-time role is essential for providing key administrative support, assisting with property processes, and ensuring smooth client interactions. You will play a vital part in our team, helping us maintain high standards of customer service and support our sales activities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
This role involves a variety of administrative and client support tasks:
Property Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing and bringing new properties to market.
Coordinate essential administrative tasks related to property listings, including documentation and record-keeping.
Ensure all property information is accurately maintained, both digitally and in physical files.
Client & Sales Assistance:
Respond to sales enquiries and concerns efficiently via phone, email, and in person.
Help manage client communications and updates throughout the sales process.
Accurately book and manage diaries for viewings, valuations, and other appointments.
Assist with various sales and marketing campaigns, including the use of social media.
Support the generation and qualification of sales leads and enquiries.
General Administration:
Develop and maintain customer databases and sales activity records.
Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales activities.
Help develop and update sales and promotional materials.
Participate in sales calls and support outreach efforts to clients.
