• Assisting in search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies and tracking website analytics to improve overall performance.
• Reaching out to customers to gather feedback on our products and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting social media engagement, content creation, and public relations outreach efforts.
• Organising and attending trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and staying up to date on industry trends.
