We are offering an opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Sales & Marketing Assistant to support both our marketing activity and wider sales operations. This role blends campaign coordination, customer communication, sales administration and project support. You will work closely with internal teams and external marketing agencies.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, creative and confident. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and maintaining efficient processes across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email and in-branch channels.
Work with external marketing agencies to support targeted campaigns, website updates, social content and creative requests.
Create and support the production of marketing materials.
Write clear, engaging copy for digital B2B ads, social posts, email marketing and customer-facing documents.
Track campaign performance, monitor analytics, collate feedback and share insights to inform future activity.
Sales Support & Customer Communication
Working with external sales team members processing customer sales orders and ensure accurate administrative handling of all sales documentation.
Provide general administrative support including email communication, report generation and CRM updates.
General Project & Team Support
Assist with organising events, trade shows, exhibitions and customer presentations globally.
Support new branch launches, website updates and other marketing or sales projects as required.
Skills & Experience
Experience of using social media platforms especially LinkedIn.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly organised multitasker with the ablility to manage deadlines.
Comfortable working collaboratively across internal teams, external partners and customers.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Proactive, dependable, enthusiastic and commercially aware.
