About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll support our customer engagement, digital marketing, and admin operations. You'll be a key part of our growth -- handling inbound leads, assisting with campaigns, and ensuring our CRM and comms are always running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support (Primary Focus)

Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updates Support the launch and content management of our new Learning Management System for Applicators Assist with promotional campaigns, trade events, and webinars Monitor marketing inboxes and track campaign responses Compile and analyse marketing performance data for reporting

Sales Support

Respond to inbound enquiries (phone, email, web) Process orders and payments, liaising with our warehouse Qualify leads and assign them to the right team member Update our CRM with notes and progress Create and deliver weekly sales reports

Admin

Maintain digital filing systems for leads and certificates Create presentations, case studies, and internal materials Gather feedback from clients and applicators
What You'll Bring

Experience in a marketing background Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Solid organisational and multitasking abilities Confidence using CRMs (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot or Zoho) and tools like Excel, Canva, Mailchimp Energy, a proactive attitude and attention to detail Understanding of AI or a willingness to learn Interest in sustainability, construction, or retrofit sectors (bonus!)
