Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Totem Construction. In this role, you will support our sales and marketing efforts, helping to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services.
Manage email marketing initiatives, including content creation and audience segmentation.
Utilize Excel to track sales data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management.
Support B2B outreach efforts by identifying potential clients and maintaining relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or marketing support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Experience with email marketing platforms and Google Ads is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
