The Role:
We're looking for a
Sales and Marketing Assistant
to support our founder (that's James!) and our small, high-performing team.
You'll be the engine that keeps things running smoothly -- replying to customer WhatsApps, emails and phone calls, keeping our CRM up to date, following up with potential clients, preparing reports, and helping us make sure no one slips through the cracks.
This is a
learning and growth role
-- perfect for someone organised, confident, and people-focused who wants to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or operations. You'll work directly alongside the founder, learning how to handle enquiries, nurture leads, and eventually make sales yourself.

WHAT YOUR
TYPICAL
DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
8:50am: Cruise into our bright Newquay office
8:55am: Grab a coffee and a cookie (priorities!)
9:00am: Catch up on WhatsApps and emails from overnight leads
9:30am: Update the CRM, send out info packs
10:00am: Help James prep for his consultation calls
11:30am: Follow up with yesterday's enquiries (they're waiting to hear from you!)
12:30pm: Lunch -- maybe a team walk or a trip to the cafe downstairs
1:00pm: Log some new leads and send reminders for upcoming calls
2:00pm: Help with a Mailchimp campaign or track leads from the website
3:30pm: Process new orders and make sure everyone's been contacted
5:00pm: Log off -- and go enjoy your evening (no weekend work here!)
Let's Talk Money

You'll start on
23,000-25,000 per year
, depending on experience.
As you grow into the role, you'll have opportunities to earn bonuses and progress into a Sales Executive position.
Bonus points if you've ever worked in customer service, admin, or a sales-support role before.
The Nitty Gritty
Office-based in Newquay (Mor Workspace)
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (no weekends)
Full-time, permanent role
Start date: as soon as we find the right person!
