Job Description

Passive House Systems are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive, based on-site in our UK office in Stansted, responsible for supporting the sales pipeline for Passive House Systems in the UK.

Marketing & Content:



Optimise the online presence of Passive House Systems in the UK so as to drive sales and increase visibility. including SEO optimisation, keyword search, using analuyics and reports tools (for example, AHREFS, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, search console, looker studio, Agency analytics)

Work with the team to plan integrated, cross platform marketing communications, advertising, public relations and media relations campaigns for a portfolio of products and services.

Originate and develop impactful and relevant content for digital and traditional media.

Update the website, so having experience with some/all of hte following: Wordpress, Woocommerce, shopify, HTML/CSS

Draft compelling copy and headlines for content marketing, SEO and media releases to build interest and awareness.

Support the Marketing team to develop and execute B2B promotional strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with traditional and digital media, including sector specialist editors, journalists, influencers and content creators.

Sales & Marketing Monitoring and Analysis:



Monitor sales performance across all product categories, leveraging data analytics tools and reports to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.

Conduct analysis of slow-moving stock, identifying underlying causes such as pricing, competition or changes in customer preferences.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales promotion plans and develop promotional strategies such as: product bundling, cross-selling and upselling.

Identify new markets and market segments to generate leads and work with the team to create a pipeline strategy.

Deliver actionable plans that differentiate Passive House Systems and improve conversions.

Customer Service:



Manage customer contact, respond to enquiries promptly and log customer interactions.

Generate customer quotations, process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Log and report any customer issues or concerns to Senior Management and address issues immediately.

Prepare monthly customer service reports and recommend actions to ensure efficient management of customer experience end-to-end.

Seek out and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Marketplace Management:



Manage and optimise the existing marketplace presence of Passive House Systems in the UK so as to increase sales.

Continuously monitor trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, recommend effective strategies and identify marketing opportunities.

Communication and Reporting:



Communicate and report weekly to Senior Management, providing updates on key metrics including: sales, adspend, pipeline, marketplace performance and other key performance indicators.

Contribute to the annual sales and marketing forecast, providing insights based on market trends, sales data and competitor analysis.

Role requirements



Familiarity with Google Merchant, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Excellent written English with technical writing experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-36,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
