Duties

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems. Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others. Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales processes. Exceptional time management abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Strong organisational skills, enabling effective management of client relationships and sales activities.
