Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and enquiries. Reporting to Divisional Managers, you will be integral in enhancing our market presence, driving brand awareness, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns designed to generate enquiries and leads. Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the company website. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics to enhance future strategies. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing activities. Manage CRM databases, ensuring data integrity.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, preferably with a focus on lead generation. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms, CRM). Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication and IT skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines. Creative and proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Desirable:

Experience in the HVAC, construction, or technical industries. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
