Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
You will play a key role in driving business development and strengthening our brand presence.
The Role
As a
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services across multiple channels.
Sales Support:
Understand our customers' specific needs and actively promote and sell our product range.
Handle incoming calls and emails, produce quotes and specs, answering queries, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Generate leads and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain CRM systems and ensure up-to-date records of client interactions
Marketing Assistance:
Support marketing initiatives and customer communications, especially through social media and digital channels.
Collaborate with team members to create fresh, engaging content for social media and emails across multiple platforms.
Write clear, SEO-friendly content for publications, websites, social media, and other marketing channels, adapting tone and style as needed.
Produce high-quality photos and videos using mobile devices or cameras, including staging product photoshoots with props.
Provide additional support to the sales team with ad hoc marketing and communication tasks.
Assemble, organise and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product samples, and related materials.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and client engagement.
Requirements:
Experience in a sales or marketing role (B2B experience is a plus)
Own initiative and eager to learn
Strong IT skills and an eye for design (use of Canva or similar an advantage)
Excellent communication skills, including spelling and grammar
Knowledge of the construction industry would be a plus but not essential
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Full UK driving licence
