Role Purpose
To support the Marketing Manager by creating and delivering high-quality digital content that increases brand awareness, engagement and sales. You'll help turn ideas into videos, graphics, social posts, emails and website content that showcase our products and real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
Film and edit short videos (training, tools, tips, projects, product explainers)
Photograph products, tools, samples, colours, training sessions, site visits, etc
Create branded visuals in Canva, Adobe or similar (social posts, email headers, posters, web graphics)
Edit content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
Write engaging copy for social media captions, Email campaigns (launches, promotions, updates), Website content, posts and case studies
Maintain a content calendar & posting schedule
Organise content and assist with general marketing admin
Use analytics to report performance and suggest improvements
Engage with trade customers, respond to comments/messages and support community growth
Support the organisation of customer training days
Various support to the marketing and sales department
Skills & Experience
Required
Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification or above
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar)
Comfortable filming with a phone and capturing clear photography
Design skills using canva or similar
Good written English
Understanding of social media trends (especially reels/short-form video)
Previous experience in sales or marketing (B2B experience an advantage)
Confident using IT systems
Full UK driving licence
Bonus (not essential)
Experience creating construction/trade content
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge of building materials, tools or render systems
