Overview



Keder Greenhouse are a family-owned manufacturer and installer of premium commercial and Domestic greenhouses for over 30 years' . Based in the Vale of Evesham.

The Keder greenhouse product is unique, this role is pivotal for brand awareness. It is crucial for potential customers to fully understand the benefits of our product versus other greenhouses available on the market. To be able to successfully sell our greenhouses.

Job purpose/overall objective - Office based in WR11 8RZ



To undertake daily control of the company's Domestic Sales and Marketing to increase sales.

Identify business developments and sales opportunities follow through and deliver results.

Create and manage own lead generations, converting them into sales.

The successful person will be highly enthusiastic and have initiative to produce ideas to make us stand out within the industry and the creative ability to ensure customers fully understand our product and our USP.

Be responsible for all communication channels to re-enforce the company brand, create engagement, and increase sales including social media platforms alongside traditional methods.

Responsibilities



Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


Ensure Sales & marketing plans are highly targeted, cost effective and

deliver

maximum, measurable ROI and ultimately are effective in raising awareness

and increasing Sales

while emphasising our current unique USP's

To be responsible and proactive in the creative development of Sales and promotional literature, advertisements, and other sales & marketing-related projects from start to finish

Assisting with managing the company's website with an interest to continually developing this to be 'better than yesterday'

Create and monitor campaigns which are planned and communicated in line with our future and projects.

. Obtain customer testimonials / Case studies

Pursue Sales & marketing opportunities via incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Content creation/review for marketing communications to increase sales.

. Maintain and develop the company bespoke CRM system

Responsible for the planning and implementation of all exhibitions and events held by the business with the aid of the relevant personnel.

Tracking sales goals vs results and reporting results as necessary, and provide improvement strategies and ideas.

To be actively involved and build relationships within bodies such as Crofters Associations / Allotment societies / National trust etc to deliver a consistent message

Create and monitor campaigns which are planned and communicated in line with our future and projects.

Conduct competitor and market research, identifying key areas for development and growth.

Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company.

Qualifications



Requirements of the candidate: -


Advantageous to have but not crucial



Formal Education in sales and Marketing or experience in a sales & marketing role.

Knowledge/interest in horticulture/construction is advantageous but not essential

Experience of brand development desirable.

Crucial



. Able to be in the office on site. This is not a remote working position.



Strong sales & marketing skills.

. The ability and determination to push yourself forward.

. Have a working knowledge of social media platforms with ideas of how to grow the audience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work within a small team in a non-corporate environment

Office IT skills.

Clean UK driving license

Must be self-motivated, Sales results driven, positive, and enthusiastic, with good time keeping, with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
