Elfin Kitchens are currently seeking a keen and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our friendly family run business based in Colchester.

In this position, you will be involved in implementing and developing marketing plans alongside our marketing agency, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining and creating customer relations, and creating sales reports.

To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to create strategies that align with modern consumer trends.

Job description

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Identify new clients, open doors and build relationships Manage existing client relationships Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products. Coordinating with our marketing agency Develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses. Maintaining client relations Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Candidate

The ideal candidate must have experience in sales and marketing.

Full Clean Driving Licence - Essential Proven experience as a successful sales executive - Essential Proven experience in B2B sales - Essential Experience using Sage software - Preferred High-level communication and networking skills - Essential A passion for sales - Essential Ability to work well under pressure - Essential Excellent spoken and written English - Essential Must be able to work as part of a team- Essential Highly educated in business or related fields - Essential Experience in commercial furniture or kitchen sales - Preferred Get up and go attitude, hardworking, keen to succeed, professional demeanor with a good sense of humour.
