Position Overview:
This role is instrumental in supporting the commercial success and operational delivery of trolley media campaigns across our retail partners. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, the ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident in nurturing long-term client relationships.
A strong aptitude for data analytics and maths is essential, as you will be analysing campaign performance, identifying insights, and using data to inform strategic decisions.
You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, while also helping to drive strategic conversations that position us as both a trusted fulfilment partner and sales entity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a key contact for supermarket partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth campaign delivery
  • Engage proactively with clients to understand their goals and decision-making processes
  • Resolve queries quickly and share campaign insights to support client satisfaction and retention
2. Campaign Support & Coordination:
  • Coordinate the booking process with the Operations team: managing briefs, availability checks, optioning space, and campaign confirmation, using strong attention to detail and numerical skills to ensure accuracy
  • Gather visuals, data, and feedback for post-campaign reporting, applying data analytics aptitude to extract insights and inform future campaigns
  • Ensure clear, timely communication of campaign requirements to all stakeholders
3. Sales & Presentation Support:
  • Create client-facing decks, proposals, and case studies
  • Support the Senior Account Manager in preparing and delivering presentations to both retailer and advertiser clients, using analytics to inform key recommendations
  • Create quarterly reviews that analyse data related to campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Support negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring clarity on pricing, deliverables, and campaign outcomes
  • Feed client insights into commercial strategy and campaign planning
4. Marketing & Content:
  • Help maintain and update website content, ensuring it reflects current campaigns and services
  • Publish regular social media posts showcasing campaign highlights and industry insight
5. Reporting & Meetings:
  • Prepare updates and materials for weekly sales meetings and monthly team meetings, including analysis of financial documents to extract key statistics and insights
  • Assist with compiling monthly team meeting content and presenting updates where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate internal trackers, documents, and shared files
  • Support ad hoc reporting and admin as required

  • Reporting & Administration: Preparing updates, maintaining trackers, supporting ad hoc reporting, and compiling meeting content
  • Creativity & Marketing Awareness: Maintaining website content, creating social media posts, and showcasing campaigns effectively
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Working closely with internal and external teams, including Operations and Senior Account Managers
