Marketing and Sales Executive



Location: Double Tree Tower of London Salary: upto 30,000 Reports to: Director of Sales Equipment provided: Computer / Mobile phone



Marketing tasks



Support the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, content creation, and brand initiatives Prepare and present the monthly Marketing BFM (Business Focus Meeting) alongside the Marketing Manager Attend relevant industry events, brand sessions, and webinars to stay informed on trends Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities Explore and propose potential partnerships and local collaborations Frequently update and maintain the hotel's digital presence, including website, OTA listings, and social media platforms Research and recommend the latest hotel marketing tools, platforms, and technologies. Create and keep up to date offers and templates for all department across the hotel. Support F&D marketing strategy, Bedroom strategy and general commercial marketing strategy of the hotel

Sales tasks



Pull and analyse the daily RMY report to identify new lead opportunities Manage the sales inbox, handling general enquiries and forwarding leads to the appropriate team members Own and conduct walk-in site visits and assist with FAM trips, show rounds, and external events as needed Support with RFP submissions, MICE group bookings, and manage rate loadings on GDM Pull and interpret the Hotelligence report weekly for use in sales strategy discussions Support to prepare and present the monthly Sales BFM, sharing performance updates and pipeline forecasts Provide a warm, professional welcome to VIPs and prospective clients, supporting the team in client-facing moments when needed
