Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media
Assist in creating engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Help schedule posts and manage community engagement to strengthen brand visibility.
Support in developing and running marketing campaigns to promote our services.
Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
Research and identify potential customers in retail, hospitality, and related industries.
Assist in telesales calls and email outreach to warm and cold leads.
Keep track of leads and client communications in our CRM system.
Brand Development & Market Research
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Contribute ideas for improving brand positioning and messaging.
General Collaboration
Support the team in day-to-day marketing and sales activities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
What We Are Looking For:
Studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Passion for marketing, sales, and the retail solutions sector.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using social media, basic design tools (e.g., Canva), and productivity software.
