Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Research and identify UK-based businesses needing cross-border payment or trade finance services
Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, online directories, Google, and industry platforms
Meet weekly lead-generation targets
2. Cold Outreach & Communication
Draft and send cold emails to potential clients
3. Email & WhatsApp Campaign Support
Assist in creating structured outreach sequences
Support execution of drip and bulk campaigns
Track campaign performance and refine messaging
Initiate WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach with approved scripts
Share service details and coordinate initial engagement
Conduct follow-ups to move prospects further in the sales pipeline
4. CRM & Data Management
Maintain all lead data accurately in CRM
Update status, notes, call summaries, and follow-up dates
Prepare Excel/Google sheets for outreach tracking and reporting
Ensure data consistency across sales and marketing activities
5. Market Research
Track competitor offerings and client expectations
Identify industry segments with high potential for cross-border payment needs
Share insights with the team to refine outreach strategies
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Basic understanding of finance, business, or marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
Comfortable with outreach, sales conversations, and target-driven tasks
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
