Duties
50% Sales - 50% Marketing and Admin  
Sales- Identify Prospects : Research and identify potential organisations that may require employee benefit services.  
- Sales strategy: Cold calling new leads, looking after existing warm leads. Understanding the unique needs of of each client. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Competitor and marketing analysis. Supporting existing customers within the time frames promised. Creating new accounts and getting customers live with full support.
- Marketing: Content and Social Media Post, creating weekly emails. Training given. Canva and Monday understanding an advantage
- Skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confidence and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies. Ability to communicate clearly with staff from shop floor to CEO's.
This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and marketing and Independent businesses. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth. Proficiency in CRM software is also useful although training will be given. Required to effectively manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
