Your Leisure are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who
will lead all marketing activities while also developing new sales
channels driving business growth.
This role blends creativity with commercial focus: from social media campaigns, web development, promotions and new product launches, to building Your Leisure's relationships and visibility within the community.
You will work closely with senior managements and play a key role in shaping the future of Your Leisure. The role will be accountable for developing, implementing, and managing the organisation's marketing and sales strategy.
Ideally candidates will have the following skills or experience:
Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Proficiency in website CMS (WordPress desirable).
Graphic design and creative skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe AI).
Experience in video creation and editing - graphic animation and live video.
Familiarity with press release writing and media ad space.
Campaign planning, execution, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices,
plus Google Business Manager.
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing software.
Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and targeting.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
Sales outreach and team management.
