Job description:
We are a growing cleaning services company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist (Lead Generator) to help us expand our client base. This is a remote self-employed role, starting with commission-based earnings and progressing into a self-employed salaried contract after successful completion of probation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, following up on company-provided leads, and independently sourcing additional leads to drive growth. You will work closely with the company director, playing a key role in shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new business leads through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives
Follow up on warm leads provided by the company
Independently identify and secure additional business opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional manner
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the director
Work independently while meeting agreed targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or marketing is essential
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Must be confident and ready to take sales calls from home
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
Target-driven and motivated by results
Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
