About the Role



We are seeking a proactive

Sales & Marketing Support Executive

to help grow our Sapphire CPD programme and support our business development objectives. You will play a key role in engaging architects and key industry organisations, coordinating CPD sessions, managing inbound enquiries, and ensuring the smooth handover of qualified leads to the Business Development team.

What You'll Be Doing?



Key ResponsibilitiesCPD Programme Support



Respond to CPD requests and schedule sessions with the Brand Director Build, manage, and maintain the CPD target list within the CRM Reach out to key architects/organisations to identify CPD coordinators and book sessions Arrange refreshments for CPDs where required Issue CPD certificates following successful delivery Report on CPD performance against targets Update CPD presentations and manage the accreditation process Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to promote CPDs Maintain accurate CRM records for CPDs and design meetings

Marketing Enquiry Management



Monitor inbound leads and respond promptly Track, follow up, and capture required qualification details Update qualification sheets and CRM records Set up design meetings where needed Schedule handover meetings between Marketing and Business Development Manage and track inbound phone enquiries

Proactive Lead Follow-Up



Contact priority leads who download materials or meet scoring thresholds Follow up on warm leads generated from events Support marketing events by contacting customers and architects Attend CPDs or events when required

Hours

- Monday to Friday 7:30am till 4:30pm on a hybrid model working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What You Bring?



Construction Industry Experience is desirable A proven track record in managing CPD/new business enquiries Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Highly proactive and target-focused Exceptional organisation and time-management abilities Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Confident making outbound customer calls Strong coordination skills, ensuring clear communication before and after key meetings Ability to maintain accurate CRM data and produce clear visit/event reports
