Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and promotional campaigns. Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
