Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the sales operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance productivity and drive revenue growth in B2B markets. Utilise Salesforce to track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management. Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Ensure that all sales operations adhere to company policies and compliance standards. Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in a management role within a sales operations environment. Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
