About Us

Passive House Systems are distributors of energy saving construction products in the UK, Ireland and Germany. Our products are used in new-build and retrofit projects and are for reducing the energy demand of a building by improving a buildings thermal and airtightness performance.

Role Overview

Join us as a sales and fulfilment coordinator to develop key accounts, and deliver unparalleled customer service. This role is a blend of order management, cultivating customer relationships, business development and material management. It requires a physical ability, so that boxes of products are handled during delivery, placed into storage and dispatched out.

Responsibilities

Efficient order processing and management. Nurture and expand key customer accounts. Lead communication efforts with accounts, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Champion exceptional customer service standards. Develop relationships with trade customers. Being a key point of contact between purchasing, product development, dispatch, sales & finance to help optimise operational processes. Exhibit ambition with a readiness to embrace growth within the company.

Ideal Candidate: Desirable Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. SAGE/similar Experience. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks. Self-starter with a drive for continuous personal and professional growth. Physically able to manage boxes of product. Maintain high standards of housekeeping. Reliable, with an excellent attendance record.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Interested in helping people save on energy costs. A background in/good knowledge of the domestic construction industry. Engineering degree/diploma in construction related fields, including sustainable engineering, architecture, building physics. Proven excellence in customer service. Interested in how marketing works. Willingness to explore and contribute to various company departments. Commercial acumen to understand and drive business growth.

08.00am - 5.00pm office and warehouse-based. Monday to Friday.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
