To support and administer the selling of Assured fertility treatment packages to patients, supporting them through the sales process and with their treatment pathway. You will also be required to build, maintain and administer relationships with the clinics we work alongside in order to help achieve greater referral volumes.
Key responsibilities:
Dealing with incoming enquiries both via phone and email
Actively chasing enquiries to convert to sales
Issuing contracts to patients and managing questions surrounding contracts
Chasing and taking payments
Sending finance applications
Maintaining patient records
Maintaining excellent relationships with patients, including care calls and feedback for clinics
Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with partner clinics, ensuring that we maximise referrals from each clinic
Updating internal systems including Tresorit and Pipedrive and the AF portal
Provide support to others in the company if required
Keeping up to date with developments in the fertility world and taking a keen interest in fertility "hot topics" and news
Championing the core values of Assured Fertility, delivering excellent customer service and positive management of the patient journey
Required Skills:
Exceptionally empathetic and a passion for customer service, with a proven track record of understanding a customer's perspective, putting the customer first, addressing a customer's concerns and securing resolution when issues arise
Knowledge of IVF and other fertility treatments
Experience of dealing with clients/patients on the telephone

Employment is subject to status to work in the UK and 2 satisfactory references.
Own transport is necessary due to office location.
